To support organizations navigating the evolving role of artificial intelligence at work, we’ve released a new AI Effectiveness at Wirk survey template. This research-informed template helps you assess and strengthen your company’s approach to AI adoption.

The survey is built around four foundational pillars of effective AI integration:

  • Culture – the openness and adaptability of your organization
  • Confidence – how prepared employees feel to work with AI
  • Conscience – ethical considerations and responsible use
  • Capability – the skills and infrastructure to support AI use

New Toggle Lets You Control Performance Review Communications

You can now manage performance review communications yourself with a new toggle in the Performance Review Cycle settings. This makes it easier and faster to turn notifications on or off with no need to contact support.

What’s New:

  • A new Communications toggle is available in each performance review cycle under the Review setup page.
  • Easily turn communications on or off at any time
  • Helps reduce noise during sensitive periods
  • Designed to give you more control, no more waiting on support

Goals

Flexible Goals Due Dates Give Admins Greater Control

Flexible Goals Due Dates will soon be live, giving Account Admins and Goal Admins more control over how goal timelines are set. You will be able to align goal due dates with business rhythms—like quarters or project phases—rather than defaulting to the calendar year.

What’s New:

  • Set a Goal Cycle Launch Date and End Date in Admin Settings → Goals
  • New goals will default to the cycle End Date as their due date
  • The current cycle will appear as the default filter in the Goal List and reporting views

Performance Reviews

Historical Performance Uploads Now Available

You can now upload past performance review data directly into Culture Amp’s Perform product. This update makes it easier to bring historical insights, like Self Reflections, Manager Reviews, Peer, and Upward Feedback, into one place for a complete view of employee performance.

What’s New:

  • Upload historical data from past performance review cycles
  • Supported fields include Self Reflection, Manager Review, Peer Feedback, and Upward Feedback
  • Imported data appears in Employee Profiles and Performance Insights
  • Helps centralize performance history.

Goals

Import Now Supports Group Goals and Goal Alignment

You can now import Group Goals and set up Goal Alignment as part of the goals import process. Previously, importing was only available for Individual Delivery and Individual Development goals. With this update, you can also:

  • Import Group Goals directly using the template.
  • Align newly created goals (individual or group) to an existing goal by including the relevant goal ID in your import.

This enhancement makes it easier to scale goal setting across teams and ensure alignment within your organization.

New Ratings Preview Helps HRBPs Prep for Calibrations with Confidence

We’ve launched a new Ratings Preview feature to help HRBPs and calibration facilitators gather early insights before the calibration session begins. It’s designed to highlight areas of agreement, uncertainty, or inquiry—so you can walk into every calibration prepared and ready to guide meaningful conversations.

What’s New:

  • Facilitators can enable Ratings Preview for any calibration view
  • Calibrators respond with “I support,” “I abstain,” or “I have questions” per employee
  • View progress, comments, and insights across all submitted responses
  • Responses are visible only to facilitators to support pre-calibration prep

Develop

Goal Comments Now Available in Develop

You can now collaborate more easily on development goals with goal comments in the Develop module. Employees, managers, and HR admins can add, view, and delete comments—just like in the Goals experience—without needing to switch between modules.

What’s New:

  • Add, view, and delete comments on development goals in Develop
  • Commenting experience now matches what you’re used to in Goals created outside of Develop
  • Keep goal conversations in context, right where development happens

Note: Develop Admins won’t see comments unless they also have Account Admin or Goal Admin permissions.

General AI Coach Now Available for Opt-In

General AI Coach is here! Our new Gen AI-powered feature is designed to help people navigate tough conversations, like giving feedback, discussing performance, or addressing conflict, confidently and effectively.

What’s New:

  • Coach Version 1 now available for opt-in
  • Supports feedback, performance, and sensitive conversations
  • New customers get access from 7 July
  • Rolling out in waves to existing customers who have opted in through July to early September
