You can now manage performance review communications yourself with a new toggle in the Performance Review Cycle settings. This makes it easier and faster to turn notifications on or off with no need to contact support.

Flexible Goals Due Dates will soon be live, giving Account Admins and Goal Admins more control over how goal timelines are set. You will be able to align goal due dates with business rhythms—like quarters or project phases—rather than defaulting to the calendar year.

You can now collaborate more easily on development goals with goal comments in the Develop module. Employees, managers, and HR admins can add, view, and delete comments—just like in the Goals experience—without needing to switch between modules.
