11-Point eNPS Now Available for All Customers

We're excited to announce an important update to our Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) options in surveys. You now have the option to collect feedback using the standard 11-point scale (0–10) in both our Engagement and Experience (onboarding/exit) surveys.

This new feature gives you more flexibility and aligns our surveys with the industry-standard scale used by many companies.

What's New:

  • Choose your scale: When you set up a survey, you can now choose between the new 11-point scale and our existing 5-point format.
  • Clearer reporting: We've updated our reports to make it easier to understand and use the results from the 11-point scale.
  • Align your data: You can now use the same scale for both your employee and customer experience surveys, allowing you to make direct, meaningful comparisons between the two.
