Progress Info Roll-Up on Goals Tabs

The Progress Info Roll-Up makes it easier to track goal progress across Company, Group, and individual levels by consolidating key information directly into each Goals tab. Users can now see progress at a glance without switching views.

What’s New:

  • Company goals clearly shown – Company-wide priorities are easy to spot.
  • Consolidated progress – Individual and group updates appear in one place.
  • Manager overview – Managers get a quick summary of their team’s activity.
  • Automatic updates – Progress information refreshes in real time across Your Goals, Direct Reports, Company, and All Goals tabs.

Performance Reviews

Performance Calibrations Now Include Easy Comparison with Past Cycles

We’re excited to introduce a new feature that lets Performance Admins and HRBPs compare up to three past performance cycles directly within the calibration table. This means you can quickly see historical ratings without toggling between profiles or manually adjusting data.

What’s New:

  • Select 1 to 3 past performance cycles for side-by-side comparison
  • View employee ratings from past cycles in-context, right in the calibration table
  • Simplified navigation with less screen switching and reduced cognitive load
  • Clear separation between reference data and actionable ratings to avoid confusion
  • Improved Ratings Preview experience with no extra input needed for read-only cycles

Surveys

11-Point eNPS Now Available for All Customers

We're excited to announce an important update to our Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) options in surveys. You now have the option to collect feedback using the standard 11-point scale (0–10) in both our Engagement and Experience (onboarding/exit) surveys.

This new feature gives you more flexibility and aligns our surveys with the industry-standard scale used by many companies.

What's New:

  • Choose your scale: When you set up a survey, you can now choose between the new 11-point scale and our existing 5-point format.
  • Clearer reporting: We've updated our reports to make it easier to understand and use the results from the 11-point scale.
  • Align your data: You can now use the same scale for both your employee and customer experience surveys, allowing you to make direct, meaningful comparisons between the two.

Develop

Transition to Competency-Based Development Plans

Starting today, all skills-based development plans have been closed and made read-only as we complete the move to competency-based plans. This change ensures employees and managers benefit from the improved structure, insights, and flexibility that competency-based development offers.

What’s New:

  • Skills-based development plans are now closed and read-only.
  • HR administrators and employees were notified via email and in-platform banners.
  • Employees are encouraged to create a new competency-based plan to continue their growth journey.

Develop

Direct Managers Now Linked to Development Plans

All Development Plans in Develop are now automatically connected to an employee’s Direct Manager. This update makes it easier for managers to support their teams and keeps manager roles consistent across Culture Amp.

What’s New:

  • Development Plans now automatically link to an employee’s Direct Manager.
  • Employees no longer need to select a Development Manager when creating their Individual Development Plans.
  • If a Direct Manager changes, the new manager will automatically gain access to the employee’s plans.

Platform

Multi-Account Login is Now Available

We’re excited to announce that Multi-Account login is now available for all customers, allowing a singular email address to be used on multiple accounts if needed.

What’s New:

  • Easy Employee Imports: Admins (Account and Employee Data) no longer encounter errors when adding an employee whose email already exists in another Culture Amp account.
  • New Account Lookup Login Flow: Users whose email exists in multiple accounts can now sign in through id.cultureamp.com. Upon doing so, they receive an email that allows them to choose which account (subdomain) they want to access, ensuring they always reach the correct destination.
  • Full Multi-Account Login GA: All previously released features of Multi-Account Login are now fully enabled and available to all customers across all regions.

This release removes common blockers for admins and simplifies the login experience for users with multiple accounts. Learn more here.

Surveys

Demographic Variation Reports are Now Supported

You can now create Demographic Variation Reports, which let you combine multiple demographics (e.g. Australia + Engineering) when generating reports.

This gives you greater flexibility to create more targeted, granular reports that better reflect your organizational structure. Previously, reports could only be based on a single demographic, which often meant time-consuming workarounds like manually creating custom groups.

What's New:

  • Select multiple demographics to analyze together
  • Generate reports for each demographic combination while maintaining confidentiality and minimum group thresholds
  • Save time and get deeper insights without building manual groups

Streamlined Roles & Permissions Management

We’ve redesigned how administrators manage user roles, making it faster and easier to assign the right permissions.

What’s New:

  • Single Roles & Permissions page – Manage all user roles in one place.
  • Simplified permissions – Set Full, Limited (Surveys), or No permissions per module.
  • Task-based roles – Assign roles like Survey Creator, Data Analyst, or Performance HRBP with checkboxes.
  • Clear overview – See all of a user’s access rights at a glance.

1-on-1s

Action Items Now Available in 1-on-1s

You can now add Action Items to your 1-on-1 agendas, making it easier to track shared next steps and follow through on conversations.

What's New:

  • Action Items can be added by either participant and will appear under a new Action Items section on the agenda.
  • They’re editable, can be checked off when completed, and carry over automatically to future agendas until marked as done.

This new feature helps teams stay aligned and accountable between conversations.

Suggest Improvements Now Available for Peer and Upward Feedback

We’ve expanded Suggest Improvements so everyone can give better feedback, not just managers. Now, peers and direct reports can also use AI-powered suggestions to craft feedback that’s clear, specific, and actionable.

What’s New:

  • Improve button now appears in peer and upward feedback
  • Suggestions help make feedback more specific, actionable, and objective
  • Available wherever you write open-ended responses, including manager reviews and Peer and Upward Feedback.
