Performance Rating Data Now Available in People Analytics!

We’ve just added a Performance Rating filter to People Analytics!

Now, you can view the most recent performance rating for each employee and apply it across all metrics and insights. This lets you easily analyze high- and low-performing employees in more detail.

With this update, you’ll gain even deeper insights into how performance impacts key factors like:

  • Turnover
  • Tenure
  • Median raise percentage
  • Leadership potential

Plus, this brings us one step closer to being a fully integrated platform, with both engagement and performance data now available in People Analytics.

New Group Goals Administrator Role

We’ve introduced the Group Goals Administrator role, replacing the previous Group Goal Creator role. This new role offers expanded permissions and more granular control over goal management, allowing customers to delegate specific administrative responsibilities to the right individuals.

Unlike the old Group Goal Creator role, the Group Goals Administrator role includes cascading permissions and greater flexibility in goal management, making it a more powerful tool for managing goals across teams and departments.

New Goals Creation Report

We’ve introduced a new Goals Creation Report in the platform, now available to Account Administrators, Goals Administrators, and Group Goals Administrators (for the departments and teams they have access to). This report lets you view key Goal Creation metrics, including:

  • Number of goals created at a team level
  • Percentage of employees with goals
  • Total number of goals
  • Participation rate

Additionally, we’ve centralized all goal-related reporting. The Goal Usage Report has been moved to this new reporting page, creating a single hub for all your goal reporting needs.

AI Comment Summaries with Multiple Filters Now in GA!

We’re excited to announce that AI Comment Summaries with Multiple Filters is now generally available! This enhancement—one of the most requested by our larger customers—allows users to apply multiple while viewing AI Comment Summaries.

Now, leaders can gain deeper, more granular insights from AI Comment Summaries across both Admin and filtered reports, as long as AI Comment Summaries and filters are enabled. Check out our AI Comment Summaries in Engagement Results article to learn more about this update.
