We’re bringing back 1-on-1 reminders with a smarter, more balanced approach to help you and your team stay organized. These updates ensure everyone arrives at the table prepared, without overwhelming your inbox.

What’s New:

  • Timely Two-Day Alerts: Receive an email reminder 48 hours before your scheduled 1-on-1 to give both parties time to prep.
  • Customized Cadence: Reminders automatically adapt to your specific meeting frequency—whether you meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
  • Optimized Nudges: We’ve reduced "inactivity" notifications to every 6 weeks (from every 2 weeks) to keep prompts helpful rather than intrusive.
  • Synced Notifications: Both managers and direct reports stay aligned with identical alerts.
