New Compa-ratio Metric in People Analytics

We’re excited to introduce the Compa-ratio metric! This new feature helps Admins and HR teams assess employee compensation fairness by comparing individual salaries to the midpoint of their salary range based on job profile, grade, and location.

What's New:

• Spot pay gaps and ensure equitable compensation
• Benchmark salaries against internal expectations
• Analyze compa-ratios per employee and by group

The Compa-ratio metric includes a detailed comparable Employees table for deeper insights.
