Self-Service Admin Toggles for AI Coach Are Now Live!

Account Admins can now activate and manage access to General Coach and Coach in Engage directly within the platform. This update gives customers full control over when and how they roll out Coach, making setup faster and easier than ever.

What’s New:

  • Activate or deactivate General Coach in just a few clicks
  • Manage access for Coach in Engage ahead of GA on 22 October
  • Provision access for everyone or a pilot group of up to 200 users per Coach module
  • Enjoy true self-service, no waiting for manual activation

This release empowers customers to move at their own pace while laying the groundwork for a wider rollout of Coach across the platform.

You can now keep track of what matters most in your 1-on-1s with flexible, private bookmarks, making it easier to revisit key topics, notes, and actions anytime.

What’s New:

  • You can now bookmark any topic, note, or action (previously limited to Highlights and Challenges).
  • All bookmarks are private to you for personal reference.
  • A new Bookmarks tab has been added to your 1-on-1 conversation view for quick access.
  • Bookmarks are visible in both the conversation view and the Employee Profile.
