Our AI-powered features (Highlights and Opportunities, and Suggest Improvements) now support an expanded list of languages! This update ensures your global teams can leverage these tools for consistent, high-quality feedback analysis and writing in their preferred language.

What's New:

  • Highlights and Opportunities now processes and surfaces insights in multiple supported languages.
  • Suggest Improvements is now available to help users craft better feedback in multiple supported languages.

Enhanced Goal Usage Reports for Administrators

We've enhanced the Goal Creation and Goal Progress reports, allowing Goal Administrators to drill down directly to different groups on the organizational structure, as well as the individual employee level to monitor goal adoption.

What's New:

  • Individual Status View: See the goal creation status for every employee within your organizational groups.
  • Targeted Intervention: Use demographic filters (e.g., department, location, manager) to quickly pinpoint individuals and groups needing support.
  • Quick Goal Access: Click any employee name to instantly view their full list of goals.

AI Coach

New Coach Usage Reporting for Account Admins

We’ve launched a new Coach Usage Report to help Account Administrators see how teams are engaging with AI Coach across General, Surveys, and Performance modules. Now you can quickly understand adoption trends and the overall value your organization is getting from Coach.

What’s New:

  • View aggregate usage data across all active Coach modules
  • See key stats like number of conversations started, and messages sent
  • Filter usage by preset timeframes: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months
  • Access all data from a single, centralized dashboard in Settings > Coach > Usage

Admin Navigation Gets a Fresh, Easier-to-Use Update

We’ve updated the Admin side navigation to make it cleaner, more structured, and easier to find the features you use every day. Take a few minutes to explore the new layout so you’re comfortable with where everything lives.

What’s New:

  • Account (collapsible, section now sits above Employee Data): Settings, Notifications (Teams & Slack), API, Integrations, Roles & Permissions, Analytics
  • Employee Data (collapsible, section now below Account): Users, Import History, Demographics, Organization Structure
  • Surveys: formerly named Reports, this is where you can manage Comment Translations
  • Shoutouts, Goals, Coach: Remain their own sections.
  • Performance (new): New section that houses Historic Performance Uploads.
  • Development (new collapsible section): Groups Skills Coach and Career Paths together

All features are still here they’ve just been reorganized to make them easier to locate.

Development Cycles Now Generally Available

  • Parent accounts can now link multiple independent company accounts

  • Remove the Microsoft Teams integration directly from your Notifications page
  • Instant self-serve removal with no wait times

AI Coach in Surveys Now Live for All Engage Customers

We’re excited to share that AI Coach in Surveys is now generally available (GA) and switched on for all Engagement customers! This marks a major step forward in bringing personalized, AI-powered support to every employee and leader using Culture Amp.

What’s New:

  • AI Coach in Engage is now on by default for all Engage customers.
  • Admins have full self-serve controls to manage access to AI Coach in Surveys.

AI Coach in Surveys brings Culture Amp’s people science to life, helping teams turn insights into meaningful action plans that drive impact at scale. And this is just the beginning, with more enhancements coming soon.

We’ve refreshed the button layouts in Engage reporting to make Coach easier to find and use. This visual update creates a more consistent, intuitive experience as we continue to roll out Coach across the platform.

What’s New:

  • Updated design for key Engage reporting buttons
  • More prominent Take Action and Share reports buttons
  • Coach appears more clearly within reporting workflows

We’re excited to announce that Develop and Career Pathways are now localised, making it easier for employees around the world to access the platform in their preferred language. This update supports a more consistent, global employee experience.

What’s New:

  • System-generated content localised: Platform User Interface and notifications (Slack, Teams, email) now display according to each user’s preferred language set in their employee profile.
  • User-generated content remains as-is: Competencies, role definitions, notes, and comments will display in the language they were written in.
