What’s New:

• Single-factor and single-question details now open in Insights Explorer instead of separate report pages, so your filters stay in place as you explore.
• View participation, favourability, comparisons, trends, demographic breakdowns, and recommended focus areas in context.
• View comment summaries for questions, where available.
