HRBPs can use the Surveys (Limited Permissions) role (formerly Surveys HR Business Partner) with demographic-based scoping on Onboarding and Exit (Lifecycle) surveys, giving them the visibility they need while protecting sensitive data.
What’s New
- Use Surveys (Limited Permissions) for Onboarding/Exit surveys.
- Scope HRBPs by demographics (e.g. Department, Country) so they only see individual responses for people in their part of the organisation.
- Keep admins in control: HRBPs can manage processes and review feedback within their scope, without gaining full survey admin rights.
