You can now upload past performance review data directly into Culture Amp’s Perform product. This update makes it easier to bring historical insights, like Self Reflections, Manager Reviews, Peer, and Upward Feedback, into one place for a complete view of employee performance.
What’s New:
- Upload historical data from past performance review cycles
- Supported fields include Self Reflection, Manager Review, Peer Feedback, and Upward Feedback
- Imported data appears in Employee Profiles and Performance Insights
- Helps centralize performance history.
