Managing your people data is now more flexible. We’ve introduced the Employee Data Limited permission role, allowing you to empower HR Business Partners and Regional Managers to manage their own teams without granting access to the entire organization.
What’s New:

Scoped Access: Restrict data management to specific departments, locations, or demographic groups, ensuring leaders only see the employees relevant to their role.

Autonomy for Leads: Scoped admins can now update attributes, activate/deactivate accounts, and resolve errors, like bounced emails, for their specific group.

Privacy by Design: To ensure maximum data security, this role is automatically restricted from viewing Sensitive Demographics, keeping your most private employee data limited to full Account Administrators.
This update balances decentralised management with strict data governance, giving your regional leads the tools they need while keeping sensitive information secure.
